Every detail is taken care of so you can simply arrive and be present.

Each retreat is built around a guiding theme that shapes the weekend from beginning to end. Daily movement practices accessible to all levels, nourishing meals and cozy accommodations create the foundation. Guided conversations are led by my friend and co-host, a practicing psychologist whose warmth and insight deepens every exchange. Together you'll explore what the theme is stirring in you and find real connection with the women around you.

There is space to move, space to rest, and space to simply be. No agenda beyond showing up for yourself.

Each retreat has been shaped by place, season, and intention, different in setting and theme but consistent in the care, connection, and transformation that unfolds over the weekend.

  • Set in nature and centered around the theme of Wonder & Awe, this retreat created space to slow down, notice what's around you, and reconnect with what's within you. Movement, reflection, nourishing meals, and unhurried time in nature wove together into a weekend that felt both grounding and expansive.

  • A series of retreats nestled in the Texas Hill Country, centered around mindful movement, sound baths, meditation, and rest. Nourishing family-style meals, laughter, spa time, and unhurried moments created space to restore balance and carry that ease back into everyday life.

  • Set among changing leaves and cool autumn days, this retreat embraced the slower rhythm of the season - yoga on the mat, walks along the shoreline, thoughtful conversation, and for the brave few, a refreshing dip in the lake. A weekend that nourished body, mind, and spirit in equal measure.
